No, the dude has been working on the same stupid autorifle for over 4 years at this point. If his dumbass can't even figure that out what makes you think he could actually modify anything else?
On a serious note, also no, because that would make him an actual "gunsmith" and there would be a real reason to call him a "gunsmith" and then I'd have a reason to stand in front of him and spend my 55k gunsmith materials.

It’s not the same auto rifle. All of the frames around the tower use the same Suros Auto Rifle type. Banshee likely has a different gun every time, doing maintenance for the frames, but they all look the same because Suros mass produced them.
