Unfortunately, as the migration process is retired after 14+ months of service, there is no option to migrate any data from battle.net to Steam.

but I didnt play the game for more than 14 months and I dont give a crap about my stuff just the fact that I dont wanna pay for forsaken twice And if theres nothin to do Imma just stop playin again

They took that into account and have created the rules for the migration (and its deadline) accordingly and they have communicated them very clearly. It is how it is. Nobody is forcing you to rebuy Forsaken or to play the game at all. Your choose your way
