Text of the catalyst states "striking targets unaffected by Sacred Flame instead refresh Causality Arrows' duration." This works on ADS'd arrows vs. unaffected targets—if you get 1 stack of causality arrows and then only fire ADS from then on, you can maintain that stack indefinitely just by shooting enemies normally. However, shooting the hipfire/seeking arrows, even onto enemies that [i]don't[/i] have the Sacred Flames debuff, does not extend the duration of CA at all. I'm not sure if this is a bug with the catalyst or an inconsistency in the wording, but either way I'd appreciate it being looked at.
