Did not get WITHERHOARD after activating season pass (Beyond Light Deluxe Edition and Season Pass)
Hi, I bought the beyond light deluxe edition and season pass, was told I would be able to claim witherhoard from the previous season's rewards. I tried to claim the reward before some deadline, got a message saying that I don't have permission to claim the reward. Please help. Part of the reason I made the purchase was to get that weapon.

2 RespuestasHello. Who told you this information? Buying this season does not offer you rewards from the previous season. Additionally, you will need to have earned the ranks of the reward to claim it.
