Xur not selling cipher quest
so, i tried 2 claim the cipher quest from xur this week, but he wasn't selling the quest, and i think its because i scraped the cipher quest from last week on accident, and the quest isnt in the archive either, so i cant get the cipher

I can report I still have the same issue - I abandoned the quest to make room for more bounties the first week of beyond light and have never been able to reacquire it since - I believe it was first reported here, but has not shown up on Bungie's official list of known issues - https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/257557524
