I also got the same reply as gammaknight because I was one who was dupped into buying a pass without even being informed that a deluxe upgrade was an option. there official stance is "tough shit"

Despite them not offering this until completion of the first mission, and many people having purchased the season before this point, their official stance is "You spent the silver, tough luck". I contacted their support and this is their official reply: [quote]"Hello, Destiny Player Support has reviewed your help request. Thanks for contacting us. Due to our Silver Refund Policy, we can't grant Silver refunds or transfers for any Destiny release. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13660#Refunds"[/quote] This is terrible customer service in my opinion considering this is clearly a design flaw and not a customer fault.

I also have a similar issue. I bought the deluxe beyond light package but it wasn't opening my seaon rewards so I thought I had to get the season pass separately on eververse. Is there a way I can get the silver I spent for the season pass?
