I hit infamy rank Legend with 15k and pressed square (I’m on Playstation) to reset my rank just before the game booted everyone off the servers for the 14 hour maintenance in preparation for the new season that starts tomorrow but it didn’t credit me for it. I spent the last few days grinding Gambit so I can gain progress to 21% Delirium and the triumph “prestige”. The Destiny app is showing the reset to my infamy rank didn’t go through since the box isn’t checked off for the 21% delirium quest progress. I reset my infamy rank basically at the same time everything went down for maintenance. Can somebody please put me in contact with someone who works at Destiny who can fix this and credit me for the reset that I selected on time? At this current moment, I put all this effort into Gambit for nothing and I really don’t want to have to grind it again in the new season, it took forever and I’m a college student so I don’t exactly have the time in my schedule to put all that time solely into Gambit again. The update was supposed to be at 4pm pst which is in 20 minutes as I’m writing this so I was assuming I had enough time. I didn’t know it would go down before they said it would but even still I reset my rank on time but didn’t get the credit.
