Still in his purple suit, Resriel returns to Offtopic. Although part of him didn't want to admit it, he missed the place. He shouldn't have left in the first place. He had been watching the place from afar for the past few months. And while Resriel had been off doing other things, like struggling to find a way to return to the Void, his home, his Hotel, had been in his mind the whole time. So one day, he left the makeshift bunker several miles from Offtopic, and started to make the journey back. "It was a lost cause anyways," he muttered, packing a bag of some of the belongings he had gotten during his journeys. "The Void? No way I was getting back there." He remembered when he had seen Parabellum, when he had gotten rather close to opening a portal to the Void, and how his own brother had shut him down. He remembered when he heard that his father, [i]their[/i] father, had made a distress call telling them that he needed help, and how Resriel rushed to create a path to go to his father's side. He remembered failing. His powers should have allowed him to open a path into the Void, but they... didn't work. For the first time in a while, Resriel had felt like a failure, pathetic. "Best not to think about that now. For now, I gotta go. Maybe I can find help in Offtopic." And so he left, for help. He left, to feel purposeful again.
