Not really , 600 and 140 will have a similar ttk .80 and .87
Hand canons got a range buff and u can peak shoot with them and you need to hit less shots.
Lets be real, nobody hits 9 crits with a 600 right away.
At least 2 shots will be body, making the actual ttk .9 or 1.0 ... So hand canons are king actually.

True about the auto part. But nobody (at least on console) is getting that .87 ttk either because that requires you to shoot at max RoF and hit 3 crits every time. Like yes it happens sometimes but more often than not you're not getting that .87 ttk. But hand cannons will always have the advantage of peak shooting so we will see how it really plays out.

That's a console problem and yes they need to fix recoil on controllers to make it in line with mouse (for hand canons only)
