My Hardware:
PlayStation4: D1 white/gold edition
-replaced original drive with a Samsung NandSD
Router: Cellphone hotspot
-3mb download
-1mb upload
The issue is NEVER with our gear. I have an old PlayStation and old cellphone. The issue is always their servers and how many server “seats” they have active based upon a complex algorithm.
It’s possible they are utilizing data-mining servers, PlayStation servers, or their own. Who really knows.
If they aren’t getting the sales, they are closing available seats.

Playing an online game on a phone hotspot is a terrible idea. Your upload and download are literally at or above (by a titchy amount) the absolute minimum that destiny uses at all times. The latency issues and speed variations that setup will cause will make you a teleporting nightmare in PvP. Its atrocious.

Thats pure conjecture. My load times are instant, typically before everyone else in my clan/fireteam and my character, doesn’t do any teleporting or glitching. The context of my initial message is to relay that regardless of being at the bottom or top of internet speeds, the issues are server side and blamed on the user, and is not with our equipment. Lets stay in topic, shall we?

Editado por Decca0805: 10/21/2020 4:06:00 PMThe issues are user side, as there is no “server” in pvp. It uses peer to peer networks that rely on its connections being stable. Your load times are irrepresentitive. It is on topic, and its the people who feel so above the possibility of being in the wrong that its designed to get rid of. Like you.
