Hi there. If you had progress on your Battlenet account but then enabled Cross Save with your PlayStation account as active, that would be why you lost your progress from Battlenet. Cross Save doesn't merge anything between your accounts, so when you selected PlayStation as the Active Account, those characters and their progress are what you had access to.

Is it possible to revert that overwrite? I thought my cross save from battlenet would overwrite the PS4 progress since that battlenet was the most recent time I played

I mean, you could either disable Cross Save or have Bungie switch your Active Account to Steam, that way you have your Battlenet account's progress back. But that would mean going back to your 750 Titan and Hunter, and all the progress you made with your PlayStation characters would have to be redone. If you originally wanted your Battlenet progress, you should have chosen Battlenet as the Active Account instead of PlayStation when you set up Cross Save. Now that you've been playing your PlayStation characters, you have to choose between their progress and your Battlenet progress.
