Hey,
As long as you're using the same PSN account you used when you played on ps3, your save should transfer. It doesn't matter what Playstation you played on, the save is bound to your account, not the console. Your save should still be there.

It tranfered the old save so i lost all my progress that i made...

Simple answer: Not much you can do now. It's a one time transfer, and once it's done, it's done. Sorry.
