Unable to access Steam characters after activating Cross Save
Hello, I activated Cross Save on Bungie.net and didn't transfer my characters from my Steam profile. Now my Steam characters are all dormant and I only see my Stadia profile that has no characters and clan. I tried to de-activate Cross Save, but because of a recent silver purchase, I am stuck with Cross Save for 64 more days, without any access to my dormant characters. I would like to regain access to my Steam characters, even if it means disabling Cross Save. I can't contact @Bungie through Twitter and through Bungie.net because the forms are broken. Can someone from @Bungie please help with the issue? Thanks!

1 RespuestaI've been waiting on getting the exact same issue fixed since early Friday morning. The forms have been down for the past 4 days unfortunately. We just have to be patient.

4 RespuestasHey there! You have done Cross Save backwards and made Stadia your main platform rather than Steam. You can head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie switch it. [b][u]Do not request deactivation![/u][/b] You may also want to read through [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]their article[/url] for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Note: Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time. All contact forms are down at the moment in which Bungie is investigating. You can use the contact form when it is up and running.
