Hi there!
If you are not seeing the weapon in Collections, then you still have the quest version of the Acrius. You will need to progress the quest further in order to unlock the full version of the Acrius and unlock it in your Collections tab.
You should be able to obtain the weapon again from Benedict in the Tower or Werner on Nessus.
