game stuttering even with high FPS
Hi guys! I've been playing destiny 2 on my PC ever since I switched from PS4 back in May and I've never encountered any problem then. it was super smooth and perfect. but since last week, I've been getting this annoying stuttering and I can't figure out on how to fix it. I've searched all over the web and I did a LOT of troubleshooting but case is still the same. My drivers are updated (also tried an older version), reinstalled the game, and tweaking video and gpu settings but to no avail. I'm really getting frustrated. I need heeeellp!!
my PC setup:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
EVGA geforce RTX 2070 super
32gb ram
windows 10 pro 64bit
I've also run different games and they're perfect even with the highest settings. I believe I'm only getting this stutter on destiny 2. is this a problem on the game? or there's something wrong with my hardware/software?

1 RespuestaIts a big issue, i literally cant play the game like this. All my drivers are up to date. I dont think the drivers are the issue, the new nvidia driver update came out before the latest destiny update. It wa after the update that the fps stutter became excessive.
