Account locked due to silver purchase & cross save activation.

[b]locked out of my pc account because I recently purchased silver with my shadowkeep expansion, but enabled cross save to also access my xbox characters. Now i can't play for 84 days even tho i've just paid for the expansion! HELP PLEASE.[/b]
