Is your PC up to date; i.e. no pending installations, restart and no driver updates? If there are some, I'd suggest you try to install all of the updates and then follow the troubleshooting.

The thing with the DNS worked! Thank you so much! Bungie should add this to the troubleshooting if it's so common. This post can be closed now.

[u][b]An update from a Mentor:[/b] [/u] The issue can be helped with doing the information that I provided, but it is best to contact your ISP (provider) and tell them you're experiencing DNS issues.
