So I just got a PS4 Pro and it said it was linked to my account I use on PC for Steam. I activated Cross Save. Get on my PS4 and no characters show up. Go to Cross Save page and says it linked my old xbox account from halo days to my Steam and can't add or remove PSN from that page or unlink xbox account. So I deactivate Cross Save. This allows me to unlink the old xbox account. Go back to Cross Save setup and I can now use my PSN account it says but can't use my Steam characters because they are locked for days?!... This is some harsh punishment for my account not working right. Can I get some help in resolving this please and thank you.
