Problems with /Clan/Account linking/item redemption

Hello! I have had several problems over the past couple days. A year or so ago, I was given a plastic ghost shell with a redemption code for an emblem. After redeeming this emblem through the website (bungie.net/redeem), I have still yet to receive my emblem. After researching I found out it may have something to do with my linked account. This also relates to my other issue, my clan. I created a clan last night, yet it doesn't show up in-game even though I have two clan members. When using destiny 2 companion, I can see my clan on my Xbox save, but not my current characters. My PS4 save, however, is showing no clan, and all my current characters (I play on Xbox). I tried to manually resolve this issue by unlinking my accounts and deactivating cross save, yet have been unable to resolve any of these problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated! -Cayrub

  • First issue: When you redeem codes for emblems on bungie.net, the emblems become available for pickup in your Collections. These emblems are located in Collections > Flair > Emblems > General. If the emblem in question is not there now, the reason could be due to you setting up Cross Save. When you redeem an emblem it's redeemed to your Bungie profile. As you have PSN and Xbox accounts, you may have had two separate profiles, one for each, originally. When you set up Cross Save, the linked accounts are combined into one profile. As such, if the code was on the profile that was abandoned when the accounts were combined onto one profile, it may have been lost. Second issue: There are general issues in creating and editing clans right now on Bungie.net. I'm not sure if you are affected by that right now, as you have a clan set up, and you have 4 people in it. You have the founder of your clan set to your Xbox account, and your PSN account is also a member. Your PSN account characters are set as your active set, so those are the only characters you are going to see in the companion app, and Bungie.net itself. Looking at your profile, you have not disabled Cross Save, and I would recommend that you don't do that unless you know for certain that your PS4 characters are not the ones that you want to be playing on all of your consoles.
