Hi there,
Thanks for your report. Do you own the current Season Pass? What light level is the character that you are attempting to acquire the quest on? Keep in mind you need to be at least 790 light to begin the Fourth Horseman quest.

So you mean to tell me that I have to complete the legendary lost sector at the end alone because I dont have a friend to do it with that has the season pass? I'm not it's impossible, but seriously bungie?
