Has this been resolved yet?
Our Bungie.net account should take priority. My PSN account was lost to a hacker years ago when I was a teen. Why do I need to authenticate an account, I can obviously login to my b.net account and want to remove my old PSN account.
I just want some kind of solution, I would like to enjoy Destiny on my Xbox, Stadia, and PC; but I cannot as I my cross save will not be able to be turned on due to lousy PSN customer service.
We shouldn't have to abandon our b.net account, some of us have 10+ years on these accounts, we have spent time and money playing Bungie's games on our accounts. Work with us Bungie, even if we need to send a written letter with a copy of our identity... I just want to remove my old, hacked, unusable PSN account.
Come on, have some compassion; we have loved and supported you in the hard times and lifted higher in the good times.
Please Bungie, help us, show us you care.

-blam!- you. it's your platform and its your site that wants authentication. Clearly if we can sign into all the accounts and authenticate EXCEPT for 1 account then we are the account holder. If you can ban an account you can remove an account.
