Colony exotic not able to be acquired from collections and Shaxx Smoldering Flame banner also not able to be acquired.
Both are shown as owned and already collected, yet I cannot claim either from collections.

As for the Smoldering Flame emblem, this is an emblem variant, not an actual emblem.
