I thought you were not supposed to lose rank under fabled 1, my heroic 3 rank is going down, how is this working right?

If you dont not have a streak, you'll lose at most 10 points on a loss. . I just played for 2 straight days to completely my quests. You lose alot of you quit early. But loses take 2 streak squares away and a couple points. A loss with with no streak started takes at most 10.
