On the one hand this kind of has to be expected with PC since it's so easily done and there's really no way to prevent it. But that being said the fact the person in the video cheating is probably not even going to be made accountable for openly and publicly cheating while the OP is probably going to get punished for something like posting a SCREEN name, and the thread locked is down right stupid. Here this guy is openly trying to help keep the game played as it's suppose to be and the one clearly doing far worse than simply mentioning a SCREEN name or something gets off the hook. And even if the cheater got account banned he can get right back in with a new account because bungie is blocking the account and not the IP address which can easily be done. Then the cheater can't just make a new account and would have to use third party software like a VPN which bungie forbids (even though it doesn't seem like it's very well enforced.)
