I said the free masks, the rare ones, couldn't be worn after the event. Any mask that came from a Legacy of the Lost loot box, the legendary ones, could be worn after the event. I guess what I didn't add there was that you could get a free Legacy of the Lost on each character during the event. The Skull Mask was a legendary mask that only came from Legacy of the Lost loot box, and only as an item from that box's possible loot pool at that. That all seemed to be one point there. I'm not sure what you're referencing as the second wrong point. If you tell me though I would be willing to see if that other point was wrong or not.

Two points that you were wrong. One I got masks without paid loot boxes. Two I could wear them after event. All masks when fully upgraded became legendary, so yea I had masks that I upgraded and wore after the event. Maybe I am mistaken, but pretty sure that’s how it was. I think your memory of the event is off, like I said I only read a few of your sentences. Because you were wrong I stopped reading.

So yes, you could get a keep-able, legendary mask for free without spending money, but that came from a paid loot box that you got for free. Also, I know you didn't want to read through the rest of what I wrote, but I ask that you please do to see if you think I got anything else wrong. I would love to hear what you think is wrong to see if I can find additional sources to prove one way or the other what the actual information is.

Wow, you had bad rng then because on my alt account I had almost all masks upgraded. Like I said I think your memory is wrong of the event, I believe you could earn packages from Eva that you had a chance of legendary masks, or materials. If you want to keep thinking your right, then that’s on you. I know what I had. I know I don’t spend money on avatar cosmetics. And I know I had multiple masks that were legendary. I agree with you that you had to upgrade them, like I said from your first post I only read a few lines, I know you are wrong, and stopped reading and made my rebuttal. You are wrong in that I had multiple masks including the skull, that I wore after the event. I did not or will not ever spend money on cosmetics in a game. So I got the materials needed to build masks, from packages earned during event. I am done arguing with you. You are not worth any more of my time if you keep thinking you are right. Buh Bye!

The packages from Eva Levante were called Gifts of the Lost, you got one everytime you filled up your candy satchel. The loot for them can be found here https://destiny.fandom.com/wiki/Gifts_of_the_Lost_(2015) . They had no chance at giving legendary masks or paper glue that you could use to upgrade rare masks. Paul Tassi did write that it was possible to get Paper Glue from the Gifts of the Lost bags as written here (https://www.forbes.com/sites/insertcoin/2015/10/26/destinys-surprise-halloween-update-has-masks-candy-maps-missions-and-more/#94a6453aa27e). Again though from my memory, the shown loot pool of the Gifts of the Lost bags, and these two other sources, https://www.polygon.com/2015/10/26/9616844/destiny-halloween-festival-of-the-lost-emotes-video (the comment specifically from Skyward Shoe) and https://www.polygon.com/2015/10/27/9623458/destiny-festival-of-the-lost-masks-how-to-keep-guide (which talks about up keeping masks), Paper Glue was not possible from the Gifts of the Lost. Maybe you could get a free Legacy of the Lost loot box from doing a nightfall like they did with old emotes, or even the loot boxes they released later on. I don't remember that at all though and I cannot find any sources that would back up that speculation of mine.
