There is no reason to use this exotic as it can barely return 40% of your super, change the ability to damage recieved from enemies of the light give super energy back.
That way PvP is unaffected and it can be viable again.

Super-regen exotics are a bad idea in general. They'll either be the best option or the worst. I suggest that Bungie rework all super-regen exotics into super-augment exotics, like Celestial Nighthawk. Exotics that only restore super energy or duration during the super are fine to me (Doom Fang Pauldron, Raiden Flux, Crown of Tempests, etc.). Some possible ideas: Shards of Galanor: Throw 4 knife volleys instead of 2, but individual knives deal less damage. Skull of Dire Ahamkara: Nova Bomb becomes the Lance version from D1, but has a reduced blast radius. Secondary Nova Bomb effects (Vortex and the void seekers from Cataclysm) remain. Orpheus Rig: Effect for Moebius Quiver stays the same. Top-tree tether has massively increased radius and duration. Tethered enemies take additional damage from abilities (applies to both skill trees). Ursa Furiosa: Move faster while blocking with Banner Shield. Banner shield protects all sides from attack, but has a slightly reduced duration (like 2 or 3 seconds less). Phoenix Protocol: Well of Radiance stays centered on the caster for its entire duration, at the cost of 30% slower healing and -20% duration. I think these changes would make all of these exotics very useful in certain situations, without always being the best options.
