Because it’s already provided by the platform you play on. Does COD have it? No. Does Borderlands have it? No. Does any game actually have it? No, not really.
Feel free to name a game that has built-in LFG system that no one plays
Modnation Racers on PS3 had a text chat in the social space. GTAO on PS3/PS4 have text, email and phone options in public lobbies. CoD: Modern Warfare PS4 (beta) had a text chat. 🤷🏽♂️

Overwatch?

World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy 14, you know two of the largest mmo’s in the world, has had an LFG system for years.

Editado por Razihell: 10/23/2019 11:44:01 AMBorderland community are solo player in majority. The game dosent offert end game or boss mecanics that required a team. Even if its not in the subject i need to say that Borderland have no replay value and its not an MMO like game

Editado por RAIST5150: 10/24/2019 3:48:50 PMIt was a MAJOR feature put into FFXIV (wasn't at launch, but added in later) Had built in filters... like you could restrict by level and actually assign job class to each slot. Think it even did region/language IIRC... haven't been in game for quite a few years. But do recall it would not let you join if you didn't make the cut... would have to message the leader to request a change to get in. And it wasn't restricted by content either. You could put one up for just farting around in open-world---didn't have to be instanced content. Just saying... it could be done here--and, yes would work on consoles as well as PC (FFXIV let PC/PS4 play together). EDIT: quick Google found an article about it: https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Party_Finder Note all the options available... like a checkbox for beginners welcome and such: https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/mediawiki/images/5/54/Party_finder_alliance_raids1.png

Borderlands: all four games have matchmaking COD doesn't lock out game modes if you can't find people, it matches you with randos.

It's a standard feature in literally every MMO. In Luke Smith's own words, Destiny has "come out" as an MMO. LFG needs to be in the game, and usable for *every* activity. No more excuses. Comparisons to COD are no longer even remotely relevant.
