So this is regarding the door to Rasputin's core in Mars, at the very end of the path. After clearing all enemies within Mindlabs, the door lights up blue and you can interact with it. Upon interacting with it the door does not open, seen several accounts of this, however not a "known issue" Making the 45-Knowledge data cache Exotic item in Mars unobtainable.
