This is a slap in the face. We do keep trying manual migration. It remains broken. Do you guys keep trying? Is anyone at Bungie capable of acknowledging this issue is even being worked on? Man up Bungo. Get this intern off your help forums and have someone who's actually being paid for their time reply to our concerns.

I get you're some intern that gets berated all the time on the help forum. But we need communication. These answers are hardly answers. Telling the playerbase to make a new account is not fair and not an acceptable fix. A lot of us are frustrated with the fact it feels like Bungie isn't helping us. Just let us know the fix is being worked on.

Yah, I did this, it doesn't work. I've tried the transfer 5 times now. I can see my stuff as it keeps telling me the transfer has already been done....so that's hopeful my guardian isn't lost. I'll try sending the info via your contact help link...impress me. Its been 13 days and I purchased the deluxe Shadowkeep via steam store/platform
