The devs never even tried to solve this problem, else we would have seen literally one attempt result in a different outcome at any stage. No, the devs abandoned us. Abandon them. Refund all your purchases, charge back all credit card payments. There is nothing else you can do, and they do not care what you do otherwise.

  • You absolutely can if you speak with your bank/paypal, though it depends on how long ago you made them. If you had Eververse purchases tied to your saves this is a serious issue.

  • I wish I could charge back every single purchase I made for Destiny 2, but unfortunately I bought the game on PC launch day and all the other DLC on their respective launch days. First time I've ever been robbed online and of course it's by Bungie.

  • Crazy honestly. Bungie is going through some hard stuff right now, but you’d think they’d actually have some form of customer service. I’d say it’s almost as bad as steam. However steam actually has pretty good customer service nowadays. Literally bungie has no way of contacting a live person. I even tried social media. I got ignored. I just had to make a new account on steam and bungie and then just rebuy the DLC.

  • I've been telling people the same thing. It's pretty much us getting robbed. Only thing that'd help is the issues making it to game reporters and the general public finding out. I got the pre order of SK but no season pass an they gave me a bs excuse that was a lie. Others who got the deluxe edition didn't get all they paid for either an bungie has yet to make a public statement about it. I guess Activision has taught with some things.. Now they'll run with our money with nobody being about to do anything but come on their forums which Tyger control and over see...
