I’m playing destiny 2 on the ps4 and have encountered two lore book bugs so far. The first one I’ve had sitting around for as long as it’s been out. I’ve discovered every page of Eva’s Journey, but the triumph for completing the book never activated and therefor I can’t claim it. The second one is that as of today I have done every Luna’s lost quest and investigated all the lost ghosts. I got the triumph for completing the lore book, however one of the pages never activated for me to claim and therefor I’m missing a page of lore. Not sure if either of these are part of a larger problem or not. Figured I’d throw it out there and see.
