I’m permanently going to be stuck at mythic 2 playing freelance.

Maybe patch the loophole people are using on freelance survival where you can bring your friends into the matches

Maybe try to make make it where Glory is based on your own contributions and not by if your team wins or lose. Something like you gain Glory if your Efficiency goes positive with added bonuses by how high your Efficiency goes up (1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc etc) while you lose Glory if your Efficiency is negative where a multiplier kicks in at ever .25 your Efficiency drops, so below a 1.0 you lose Glory & under .75 you will lose double Glory while under a .50 you lose triple Glory points.

Who ever was in charge of the 50% idea needs to be fired it's not fun to win on loose on win 2 loose 2... Specially when you get to a spot where the losses cost more than the wins

I really don't get this matchmaking. First 7 games I lost 6 because I was being matched up with 4k+ glory. Now i'm at 4k glory i get matched against 4k glory but my teammates are way below that. One time my teammate ended with a 0,12 KAD and i ended with 1,2. I still lost a shit ton of glory. Next game he was on my team again! He didnt't get a single kill untill round 3...where he just backed out. Again we got stomped and I lost a shit ton of glory. Next game we stomped the other team. But I only gained 30 glory where I lost around 160 in the 2 games before that. It's hard to get to get a decent game score when the blueberry's in your team are shooting in the air and the other team is working together well. And you still get punished badly for losing those games.

You ever going to show your face back in this thread now that you've had time to monitor the new shitty matchmaking and see how poorly received it's been based on the feedback you asked for, or just gonna stay in hiding?

I'm sure you guys enjoy receiving player feedback so I'm just going to get right to the point. Your matchmaking system is broken - People who are just getting into the game are getting paired up with 4000 to max rank 5500 glory point players. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with people who have mechanical skill but the problem is that they have access to weapons that we don't. Speaking about the weapons - The best PVP weapons in the game are only attainable by getting specific ranks. Now normally this system would work and I can agree this is a good way to go about it. The problem is that your matchmaking system is broken so it's borderline impossible to attain these weapons when you're always going up with people who have them. When I first started playing competitive, I won my first 5 games (steamrolled is a better term) and got placed at 1650ish glory points. What I'm assuming is that your matchmaking system put me with 4000 point players due to this fact. It's not fair to me or my teammates to be put in these games. I'm at a disadvantage and basically throwing the match due to the fact that this game mode is run by three main weapons (two from Glory Ranks and a Shotgun you can only get from a certain Nightfall Strike). I would love to get some feedback to see if this is an individual problem or if other players are also experiencing this as well. Edit - After playing for a little while longer, I'm going to admit I jumped the gun on the whole "these guns are OP" situation. After changing my playstyle (and a few hours of screaming things that make me glad the other team can't hear me), I realized that while it's hard it's completely possible to beat them. I still feel that the matchmaker needs more work. While I do think that getting paired against highly ranked players is a good thing to study and learn how they play in real-time, I don't think that getting paired against them for the majority of your games is what I would call a good system. Maybe being paired with teammates and opponents that are a maximum of 1500 glory points difference that's plus or minus your current skill level?

Im very out of the loop is there a solo comp playlist yet that I can grind for a Recluse in?

Maybe I'm playing other game?!?!?!but looks the same for me I went 5500 in two session and already I have help friends to rank up fast and they are not the best players at this game maybe some ppl are salty cause they are bad and they trying to blame someone else?(bungie) Some ppl they just want easy loots.

Bungie this isn't going away. We know the algorithm is there for fair matchmaking. We've all experienced it for the first stretch of Shadowkeep until the update. And while we're on the subject, please explain how prior to the update guns felt better. Headshots were indeed headshots. I wasn't having to put an extra 3 shots into a player just to put them down. For instance: Well within range of TLW. One match I'll pop 2 headshots and a body and it will down a full health guardian. Other matches they'll take 2 headshots and 3 body shots and they still waltz right through and body me with a Parcel of Stardust from well outside it's intended range? You need to focus on PvP only on one season. The matchmaking is in shambles and I had a better online experience playing Quake arena back in 1999. P2P does NOT work.

The top 10% of comp players account for 90% of all the wins. I have no idea how this is even mathematically possible but everybody who plays comp knows this is 100% true. It's just one giant pub stomp mode for ultimate pub stomping.

Glory point should be earn even losing a match. Glory point should be the same as valor.

How many steps for iron banner quest? Why create a quest just to turn in tokens ?

I really not sure what's going on here I've read a tone of the comments all I can say is, I played freelance earlier today, and matches seemed OK to me yes I'm playing at 5500 but if anything it's better because it's 3v3 and you don't sweat as much, match after match..

Did something change with this update? Before the update I was at 5500 glory and as soon I signed back in yesterday I saw that my score was 4300 :/ I checked my game history and I haven't played any comp games since the 5500 so how did I lose my points? I wanted it to always show 5500 on my emblem

So I turned on the ps4 after reset looking to get my 3 hundred points for playing more than three games last week of comp, and my score did not change I was stuck at 4032. What changes did they really make because I'm intitled to my 300 points every week for playing comp, or so I though I was. Lmao
