Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, are you talking about purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition of Shadowkeep? You could not purchase the Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition through Blizzard due to the upcoming PC migration, with the only way to purchase it on PC being from Steam.
Looking at your account it does not appear that you currently own Shadowkeep.

To ad to this user's topic, I linked my steam and xbox live account, using my xbox acount for cross-save. If I purchase Shadowkeep DLC through xbox live, will I also have access to it on PC when I play with my PC friends?
