Remember when...............
Anthem was going to kill destiny.
Division 2 was going to kill destiny.
Apex legends was going to kill destiny.
Borderlands 3 was going to kill destiny.
Someone better tell bungie that destiny is dead multiple times over. Our population numbers are in their last 100. Shadowkeep can’t save the dying franchise.

The other "Destiny killers" on that list aren't even comparable. But can we stop with this whole "Destiny killer" hyperbole? It's ridiculous. People can play more than 1 game. Destiny, despite all its flaws, is a special game. There's a reason we still play it after all this time. The world kind of stops for me whenever a new Final Fantasy or Forza comes out, and my entire universe will grind to a halt when The Last of Us 2 comes out, but nothing will forever "kill" Destiny for me as long as Bungie keeps it going.
