You might have Linked the wrong account,
Silver is Per Account, so if you have a ps4 account with 100 silver, and you set your pc account as the main you will lose that 100 silver unless you deactivate cross save.

I only have one account to link. I just moved from Battle.net to Steam. That's all. I don't play on any other platforms.
