Here are tips if you want Bungie to REALLY hear and maybe even do for you:

1. Don't complain to Bungie on the weekends or holidays. Bungie people go to the pub or see their families. (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EBVyjaRWkAAvjIQ.jpg) 2. Bungie people prefer to use reddit over bungie.net for good reasons as its a better platform to keep track of feedback or find posts, and it's less of a salt mine compared to B.net. (Have an account on Reddit.com) 3. Don't try to criticize them or call them idiots. They are more likely to actually listen to you if you treat them with respect, and are interested in or helping them. (People usually act defensive or stubborn if you criticize them. Just don't act "company worshiping"). 4. Use what you can to get on top without making a mess. (Make rational points that are in everyone's interest, ask your close friends to upvote you, and etc)

Should have considered that before making all of these poor decisions.
2. Plus, this forum came first and should be treated as the more direct platform to communicate with Bungie. The only reason it ISN'T is because the devs don't want to have a presence here due to not wanting to be told the truth of their poor decisions.
3. They are not infallible and they deserve to hear every piece of feedback from every source. What you are suggesting here is to not tell them what they are doing wrong or they are going to clam up like children, with arms crossed and a big fat pout on their faces. Forget that. I'll tell them how shit their lack of new armor for the base game vendors is all I want.
4. Use what you can to get on top without making a mess.
No vendor refresh or new armor/weapons for EDZ, Titan, Nessus, Io, Mercury, Mars, Tangled Shore, Dreaming City or the Tower. No factions. No new activity variations or events for Escalation Protocol, Black Armory Forges, Menagerie and STILL no new Infinite Forest activity outside of Holiday Events. Paid Seasonal Content (except armor and weapons) being removed after every Season. Everything that was good about Shadowkeep is pointless when the necessary shit that needs doing is not being done. Bungie need to just stop with this weird decision-making process. It started with the reboot in 2013, it happened with every release associated with D2 and it is afflicting this DLC right now. It's garbage. All of it, hot stinking garbage.
