My PSN account was hacked back in Dec of last year and they charged back everything I had purchased in the last few months, including a bunch of silver. Once I got that sorted out and my money refunded I was able to repurchase everything other than the lost silver, I have been carrying a negative balance since then. Inconvenient that I could not use the Evervese store but I figured it saved me from impulse buying, since there was no good way to get a hold of Bungie before. Fast forward to cross save, I just bought a copy of Destiny 2 to play on my PC, was all ready to transfer my guardians from the PS4 over, and was told I could not till my silver balance was fixed. Since then I have been having no luck with the self help over lost silver, I get emailed once a day and they feel like automated response's. I spent an hour yesterday with Sony making sure they problem was not on their end, which I have the transcripts of, which got sent via email last night. To which the reply was, huh, most be a problem on Sony's end. So all I'm looking for is to be able to talk to a real human about this issue since the email support is lacking, I'm trying to spend more money on this game, and actually support the game and devs that I love so much and have supported since the beta of D1.
