How are they inaccessible?

I don't speak over mic, I don't have 6 readily available people to Raid with anymore nor does LFG accommodate people who don't "KWTD" or unable to communicate. There are a few clans out there, and I could post on LFG myself to find a fireteam, but I prefer to keep to myself and not get into anybody's business and it's also hard to be a leader of a Raid group that doesn't communicate vocally. I'm fine with not getting loot, I just want the experience. But Raids have become too much of a staged choreography routine, like a dance or the WWE with predetermined outcomes where everything needs to be mostly on point. I could watch videos of Raids, but people talk too much.
