Better question, does anyone know how to consistently proc it? Im trying to finish these absurd IB challenges over here.

To my knowledge, it isn't a bug that lets you become invisible. It's a bug that makes others invisible to you and only you. There is no way to reliably exploit it. I've had games where enemies are invisible to my teammate yet I can see them fine.
