Weasel / Bird / Saxophone failures during the game

Hello Bungie, It has been happening to me a lot of times that I often get a WEASEL / BIRD or SAXOPHONE during the game. I mainly play PVE and, what I have tested so far, I am very stable in the internet connection. Pings are good. No packet losses and I play over WLAN. In addition, clan members have told me that my CHAR in the user overview is often only GRAY / BLACK to see and can not be selected by you to join. But it's not gray, as it is when I'm offline. What can I do here that this stops or do you have an idea why that could be? If needed, I can send screenshots for user presentation and outages. Greetings and thank you very much in advance
