This is due in part to the Menagerie chest loop fix, as it has somehow messed with pursuits/bounties. If a player gets stuck spectating, you see invis players or weapons, etc: open your Pursuits tab, a bounty will pop as completed, and the game should resume normally. The forum mods desperately need to create a sticky post on this.
