unable to log in due to "server unavailability"

Seriously i cant even log into the game to even try playing and i cant figure out whats going on. The only possible explanation I've found on the FAQ is that there are minimum internet connection requirements, but i was playing for 3 months on the same wi-fi network and now it isn't working for some reason? I don't think so.

 • Hi Flickman. Appreciate your report about the server errors. When did this start occurring? We're currently investigating connection issues that the game is experiencing, but this started happening over the weekend. The "Server Unavailable" error indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it. 6. You may want to change your DNS server on your console to Google's Nameservers (8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4.) 7. Contact your internet service provider to see if there are any issues with your connection.
