Don't waste your resources and time grinding for yet another recycled, 5 years old, nerfed exotic. Bad Juju will be sold by Xur in a matter of months and then you can buy it for some shards.
This Tribute Hall thing is only a cunning scheme from Bungie to deplete your resources before Shadowkeep launches.
EDIT: Xur won't sell it because it's a quest weapon. Still it's too expensive for the average players.

However I think Bungie is out of luck because it's my belief that the amount of resources and time that this quest demands is just too much for too many players. But then again Bungie already made clear that this game is being shaped for the most hardcore players, for youtubers and for streamers. Those are their primary target. Most of the remaining average players will soon leave this boat when Bungie turns this into an MMO grind feast.

It’s meant as a slow side-grind to spend extra resources on here and there, while getting bigger and bigger discounts as time goes on. You literally get rewarded for patience. But in our “gotta have it now” society, people are willingly spending 4x the necessary resources because they have to have it RIGHT NOW TODAY, and then complain it about it.

I can agree with that "gotta have it now" criticism but I do have a problem with a game developer that makes their players grind several times for the same weapon.
