I have a few triumphs that are not properly unlocking and I wanted to see what I needed to do to fix them, or if there are more actions that I am missing on my end to meet the unlock requirements. The attached image shows that I have collected all of the lore pieces for Evas Journey but the completion triumph did not unlock. In addition, according to D2Checklist dot com, there is a triumph called Amidst the Wreckage for unlocking the SCRAP CF-717-91 jumpship. I have unlocked the jumpship but I don't have that triumph. If anyone has any insight into this issue or has any further questions please let me know.
