TL;DR
On September 17, 2019:
- All Eververse armor (new and armor you’ve already acquired!) is being converted into Universal Ornaments
- Universal Ornaments can be attached to any newly acquired Legendary armor
- Bright Dust is going to come from doing bounties, not dismantling things you spent money on
- Eververse items can now be pulled from your Collections with Glimmer/Legendary Shards instead of Bright Dust
Before September 17, 2019:
- Dismantle all of your unused Eververse items to maximize your Bright Dust reserves

I really hope bungie is not banking on EV making up a some of their profits. Because the community is split into 3 factions on this. -Do not really care -Hate it and the mentality "Wont do it" -Ok with the changes and will buy silver. I am not sure how out of touch with the community you guys might be if you are relying on this as a income source to some extent. Because the players that are "Ok" with this are EXTREMELY FEW. Maybe peoples mentality will change as time goes on. I would rather you guys ditch this entire free to play aspect your going for to provide better in game experiences vs getting every one to commit to the micro-transaction business model. I really do not mind paying 120 dollars for some bundle or a season pass. & the majority did not either.
