The Nessus map with the drill always has this issue for me. I kill an envoy and assuming my team mates are shooting the other one. I hear drifter say the envoys are down and to take out that primeval, we unleash supers and heavy out of habit as i know myself, i don't see another envoy, and my teammates in my clan don't, then, i end up seeing it on the other side of that big tree.
