I'm having the same issue. I haven't gotten a Corsair Down bounty since last October. And now I can't get Truth because of this issue. I read on some forums that if you let the Corsairsbane bounty expire then they stop dropping for you. I thought they were a limited thing like the cats. Is there any known way to re-trigger the Corsair Down bounties to start dropping again? Please don't say "just kill scorn." This is a bug and needs to be fixed.
