The chests on the barge as well as the Wealth of the Emperor buffs mistakenly reset on Sunday instead of today. Bungie is aware of the issue.
Edit: forgot today was Wednesday.

Ya I know about the chest so the wealth of emperor is connected then I see. My next question then is it supposed 3 per character like the first week? Or only 3 for your whole account because I only grabbed the wealth on my titan but cant get it for any other characters

They're three per week for your whole account. I'm fairly certain it was that way last week as well.

Nope I got the barge chest and the WOE on all 3 characters before sunday

Weird. I was only able to get the chests and buffs on my Titan last week.
