I'm guessing you killed the ogres too quickly? They only reset if all 3 are used and there's still an ogre to kill. That's still pretty beat though

We didn’t have this issue during our day 1 clear nor most of our other once. We had the bug once during the first encounter during our third clear though and in that same run it happened again at the final one. From our end it seems to be glitched instances. We haven’t been able to reproduce it reliably. Just seems random.

That sounds like a latency issue then - two mechanics being triggered at once bugging the process out. It could be "switching" right when a crystal spawns.. idk. I'm honestly just spitballing

I was just trying to spitball what might be happening. It sucks bungle cannot properly test a raid before release. Maybe they should go back to day 3 release, since it's clear they don't test stuff like flawless at all before release. Same thing happened with the last one, Scourge.

Honestly just use dev magic to give everyone invincibility to force a flawless completion to test any bugs. It shouldn’t be this hard to properly test this stuff when it happens every time
