TWAB Question: Power Surge Quest (Bungie please respond)
We have a limited time frame of 6 hours from patch to raid launch to prepare for the raid. Most of us prepping for the raid are 700 power, and ostensibly the power surge quest that is mandatory will only award 690 gear. How long will it take? What are the quest steps? Is it awarding powerful gear, or is it just a waste of time for 690+ players?

1 RespuestaDay 1 raid plyers going for the raid first will have a modifier added to limit your power level for each stage of the raid with the first part at 700 power. You need to do the quest to get access to the raid but the race to get your power up is lessened and skill, teamwork and problem solving becoming more important.
